It was a cool, crisp morning today. Fall is definitely in the air! We escaped Hurricane Ian with only some light rain and it quickly moved out of the area. We actually needed a bit more! It has been quite dry. We are starting to see those bright red leaves pop! It is going to be a very pretty color season!

Fall Colors Update Maggie Valley NC Fall Color Update #9 Well, things are changing! It seems overnight the colors have all “popped”. Driving from Maggie Valley to Bryson City today I would say at the higher elevations we are at peak color. It will be beautiful in the area over the next few weeks!
